Cycling
Great Cycling for all ages... My husband is a biking fanatic so will give you lots of tips and routes from Sutton Mawr. We have bikes and helmets to hire here, or bring your own bikes. There are plenty of quiet country lanes which provide an excellent way of seeing the Vale. The Taff Trail …. For more extreme and challenging cycling try the Afan Forest Park and Cwm Carn. We have an airing room and laundry can be arranged at an extra cost. The mountain bike trails are some of the best in the world, situated in the Brecon Beacons, Welsh Valleys and Gower Peninsular. My husband would be happy to advise on rides that would last a couple of hours or a whole day.
