All the above rates are per room per night and include full continental breakfast and taxes. Includes complimentary use of Sutton Mawr Farm facilities.
Single occupancy rates less 10% when available. Longer stay rates negotiable.

Check-in time
Check in between 3pm and 6pm or after 6pm by arrangement only.
Cancellations
If cancelled more than 2 weeks before arrival date no charge made.
If cancelled less than 2 weeks before arrival date 25% charged.
If cancelled less than 1 week before arrival date 50% charge.
If cancelled less than 48 hours 100% charged.
Payment
To secure a booking we require credit card details which we pre authorize.
We do not normally take payment until the morning you leave except during busy periods when a £50 charge is taken 2 weeks prior to your stay.
All bills paid by credit card unfortunately incur at 2.2% charge. No charge for debit cards.
Breakfast
We provide a yummy continental breakfast consisting of home reared cured meats, a selection of cheeses, fresh fruit in season, bircher muesli, a selection of breads and croissants with Welsh butter and our own homemade jams from fruit in the garden and Sutton Mawr honey from our hives in the orchard, along with the usual cereals, organic yogurts, juices and teas and coffee.
The Full Welsh Cooked Breakfast includes home reared and cured bacon, homemade sausages and free range farm fresh eggs at a supplement of £7.50 per person.
If you want a cooked breakfast we would ask you to let us know the night before, so as to avoid food going to waste and allowing us to prepare the freshest food possible.
Vicci, your host, is a cordon bleu cook and spent many years in London cooking for a variety of interesting people and companies so you can rest assured that all your catering requirements can be met to a high and professional standard.
Breakfast 7.30 to 9.00am weekdays, 8.00 to 9.30am weekends.

Large parties / Conferences
Bespoke conference / corporate packages can be arranged. The dining room can be easily
adjusted to accommodate a meeting or lecture room.
We are ideally suited to offering courses with accommodation.
Ideal for large parties or groups as we can accommodate up to 18 people. All enjoying the facilities Sutton Mawr has to offer but each having their own rooms around the courtyard. Ideal for people who want to be in the quiet countryside away from it all with every comfort, but close to the cosmopolitan lively Cardiff capital city of Wales.
Disabled Access
We are disabled and elderly friendly. All our rooms are on the ground floor and though breakfast is normally served upstairs in the dining room we are happy for serve it in your room or our courtyard garden.
All the ensuites have showers.
The family room is very spacious and the ensuite wet room has full disabled facilities.
