Terms and Conditions
We require £50.00 deposit per booking.
The balance less the deposit will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.
If booking within 2 weeks full payment is taken.
Credit cards incur a charge of £2.50.
Should payment not reach us within the required time we reserve the right to cancel any reservation made and any deposit will be forfeited.
If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival you will only lose your £50 deposit.
If cancelled within 14 days of arrival you will be liable for full payment. There are no refunds for non arrivals. If you alter your booking once a written confirmation has been issued, for example change dates and length of stay, we will make every effort to meet your request subject to our booking status.
Exact room requests cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival, but we will endeavour to match specific requirements as best we can.
The number of people occupying each room must not exceed the number of guests booked in.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure in services of internet or television due to the electric supply.
We operate a strict no smoking policy. If in our opinion smoking has occurred in a room during your stay we reserve the right to apply a £50 penalty fee.
Valid credit card details will be required to cover any additional charges or breakages at the time of booking. We reserve the right to deduct from that card all amounts chargeable. We will notify you of any charges prior to deducting from your credit card.
Sutton Mawr Farm cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or damage to any personal belongings at Sutton Mawr. You are advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
No loud music or noise permitted. Charges will apply to noise nuisance, and guests may be requested to leave.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission or request the guests leave the premises without reason.
No groups of male or female are allowed without informing and obtaining permission prior to booking, any unauthorised groups will be refused entry and there will be no refund. A group is more than four persons.
We do permit dogs to stay in the Gypsy Rose Cabin and Cottage, otherwise dogs can stay in the kennel, this is subject to the animals been well behaved. Owners must clean up after their dogs, see charges.
We offer tennis, gym and bike facilities, these are subject to availability. Guests operating and using these facilities do so at their own risk.
We do not allow guests to wander around the grounds due to safety reasons.
It is a working smallholding with animals and machinery. We may allow accompanied tours, and these can be arranged on request.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure, otherwise an additional daily charge will be levied. All bills must be settled prior to leaving the premises.

Damages
Although it is very unlikely, and we pride ourselves on the respect our clients show to our property, in some extreme cases damages will have to be paid for.
